HOW IT RUNS
Five stages, tracked and photographed. You always know where your car is.
We inspect the paint, talk finishes and budget, and put real film samples on your panel in daylight. You leave with a fixed quote and a start date.
30 MINFull strip wash, iron and tar removal, clay decontamination, then a solvent wipe. Handles, badges and lights come off so film can be tucked, not trimmed.
4-6 HRSPaint depth is gauged, then defects are machine-polished out. Film and coatings lock in whatever is underneath, so we fix it first.
1-2 DAYSCertified installers work in a dust-controlled, temperature-stable bay. Every seam, edge and curve is set, post-heated and locked to spec.
1-5 DAYSA second installer signs off under LED inspection lighting. You get the walkaround, the warranty card and an aftercare kit.
1 HROn a garage-kept car, cast film from 3M or Avery Dennison holds up for five to seven years. Daily-driven cars parked outside sit closer to four or five, with horizontal panels like the roof and hood ageing first. We warranty our installs for five years against lifting, cracking and peeling.
No. On factory paint in sound condition, quality film protects it and comes off cleanly with controlled heat. The risk is repainted panels or existing chips, so we inspect and document paint condition before we start and tell you if anything is a concern.
Wrap changes colour and gives light protection. PPF is clear urethane built to absorb stone chips and self-heal light swirls, so it protects but keeps your colour. Many owners run both: PPF on the front end, wrap over the rest.
Yes, coating makes washing easier, not optional. Contact wash every two to three weeks with a pH-neutral shampoo and the two-bucket method, and skip automatic brush tunnels entirely. We include an aftercare kit and a free annual inspection with every Gtechniq coating.
Vinyl wraps start at $2,900, PPF at $1,800, ceramic at $1,400 and tint at $450. Final pricing depends on size, body complexity, paint condition and how much correction is needed first. Every quote is fixed in writing before we touch the car.
Yes, and it is one of the best reasons to. Wrap and PPF both come off before handback, leaving factory paint that has been shielded from chips and UV for the whole term. We handle removal in-house and can time it around your return date.

POWDER COATINGWheels stripped to bare metal and coated satin graphite. Two years of track days and brake dust later they still wipe clean with a rinse. They also caught a hairline crack in one barrel while blasting and told me before doing anything.

STUDIO PROFILE
Luxwrap opened in 2013 with one heat gun and a rule we still follow: no shortcuts on the panels nobody sees. Twelve years later the same rule runs a climate-controlled studio with dedicated prep, install and inspection bays.
We are certified by 3M, authorized by XPEL and accredited by Gtechniq, and we only fit materials we can warranty. Every car is photographed on arrival, logged through each stage, and inspected under LED before the keys go back.
